Nieminen splits with the tennis with a match against Federer

The best player in the history of Finland Jarkko Nieminen will officially terminate his career at the end of the season. His last match the 34 years old veteran will play against his boyhood friend Roger Federer. This has announced Jarkko personally on Facebook.

The farewell match of the leftist will take a place in Helsinki on the 9th of November.

"One of my greatest dreams comes true in November, when I`ll play MY last match against Roger Federer. Against my friend, and for me the greatest in the history. Moreover, the meeting will be at home in front of the home crowd. Last Evening will be at Hartuol Arena. I hope this event will be as exciting for you as it is for me," wrote Nieminen on his wall.

Jarkko certainly hopes finally to record a success against Federer, albeit in an unofficial match. Federer has won all 15 matches from live score between them. Nieminen reached to No13 in the world rankings and has won two singles titles and five doubles.
