Mets will fight Philadelphia in the second edition of the Little League
The New York Mets defeated Philadelphia Phyllis with 8:2 in the second edition of the Little League Classic in MLB. The regular season match of the Major League is played at Bowman Field in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, where the Little League World Series is currently taking place;the unofficial world baseball championship for children under 12.
The Premier League commissioner`s announcement, 2017, is aimed at teenagers and the whole popularity of the American game among children in both the United States and Canada and the world. That`s why over the 2, 500 spectators of overcrowded tributes this night dominated the players of the 16 teams of children`s World Series.
There were three former players in the finals of the Little League on the pitch: Todd Frazier (32) and Michael Confort (25) in Mets and Scott Kingery (24) in Phillies. And this is almost unbelievable, given that for the 71 years since the creation of th e Little League tournament, only 54 children playing in it have reached the MLB. `It`s quite surreal, because walking to the rainbow, I heard the kids say, ` Wow, that`s Scott Kungery! `This is a madness, so I was sitting in their seats until recently! `, Said the rookie rookie, who played in the World Cup World Cup with Awataky in 2006.
The game was solvedup until the 6th inning, in the middle of which the `citizens` led with 7:0. At the bottom, symbolic host Philly returned 2 points with a double home run to Carlos Santana, which was the most spectacular hit in the game.
