The Arbitrage Sports Court in Lausanne (CAS) will announce on December 11 whether it will respect the appeal of the President of UEFA Michel Platini for the temporary suspension from football.
At the beginning of October, Platini was suspended from football activities for 90 days on suspicion of illegally obtaining 2 million Swiss francs by FIFA President Sepp Blatter.
Due to the disqualification of Platini, FIFA did not accept his request for participation in the elections for President of FIFA, but the application of Platini may be accepted after the expiry of the period of disqualification.
CAS invited representatives of Platini and FIFA to attend the hearing on Tuesday.
`The decision about whether the punishment remains or not will be made at the latest on 11 December, Friday.`, announced the Arbitration.
Blatter maintains that there was no agreement on the charger the payment between him and Platini while Platini explained that the payment was delayed because of the financial problems of FIFA.
