Bayern Munich vs Darmstadt 98

In a meeting of the eighth finals of the tournament for the Cup of Germany, Bayern Munich is going to welcome Darmstadt 98. Here is our football prediction.
Most recently, Bayern Munich has made a surprising defeat against Borussia Monchengladbach, which was the first game of the season. Right after that 'Bavarians` fixed the mistake over the weekend as they defeated at home the team of Ingolstadt, after which the team managed to keep the 5-point lead in front of Borussia Dortmund.
Pep Guardiola continues to have a serious list of injured players. Arjen Robben and Douglas work at full speed, as their return is expected soon. However, Frank Ribery and Mario Gotze certainly will be left out. Together with them with different injuries are Juan Bernat, David Alaba and Maddy Benatia.
These shortages may not be fully covered, which is shown in the game of the 'Bavarians` for the last three rounds. Real Guardiola has currently 16 good players, but the expert could not afford more injuries.
Guardiola himself shared concerns of the upcoming match mentioned by 11livescore against Darmstadt, as even praised them for their presentation.
For Darmstadt 98 we can say that they present far better than expected. The team manages to remain near the middle of the table, and most interestingly, Darmstadt 98 won most of the points in the season mainly from its away games.
Over the weekend, the team was routed at home with 4:0 against Hertha Berlin, but it will hardly affect the psyche of the players. Against Bayern Munich, Schuster played early in the season, as the score was 0:3 in favour of Bayern.
In the personnel plan, the guests remained without the defender Fabian Holland and the midfielder Milan Ivana (0 games) and the suspended Jan Rosenthal.
Darmstadt 98 so far has never won the Cup of Germany, while Bayern Munich is the team with the most medals - 17 trophies as the last of them the Bavarians won last year.
Bayern Munich plays in such matches and would hardly afford to drop out of the race at this stage, but will probably be more 'economical` on goals scored.
Our football forecast is under 3.5 goals.
