Lionel Messi was elected as the best player in Europe for the season 2014/15 year in a poll of UEFA.
The Argentinian beat his big rival Cristiano Ronaldo in the ranking, won the award last year.
The third place was for the teammate of Messi in Barcelona, Luis Suarez.
54 journalists participated in the poll who pointed out the winner. The award has been around for 2011, and Messi won it for the second time.
A German woman Celia Sasic was chosen as the best among the women last season.
